The security deposit is not charged, but pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card at the time of vehicle pick-up.

Once the rental is completed and the vehicle is returned, the release of this blocked amount is initiated from our side.

• The release process usually takes up to approximately 30 business days.
• The exact timing depends entirely on your bank’s policy, and not on our company.
• Please note that the amount was never charged, but only temporarily blocked.

Additionally:

• The release may not appear as a separate transaction on your card statement.
• Instead, the amount will simply become available again in your account balance.

As this process involves sensitive banking information, we unfortunately do not receive updates regarding the release status.
