The
security deposit is not charged, but pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit
card at the time of vehicle pick-up.
Once the
rental is completed and the vehicle is returned, the release of this blocked
amount is initiated from our side.

process involves sensitive banking information, we unfortunately do not receive
updates regarding the release status.
