At the time of vehicle pick-up, the main driver must present a valid credit card in their own name. This card must have sufficient available funds to cover the security deposit, which ranges from €800 to €1,800, depending on the vehicle category.

Accepted credit cards for the deposit:

• Visa
• MasterCard

Not accepted for deposit purposes:

• Debit cards
• Prepaid / recharge / virtual cards
• Diners, American Express
• Laser, Maestro, Switch cards
• Revolut or other neobank-issued cards
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Cash

Additional requirements:

• The credit card must be physical (not virtual) and presented at the time of pick-up.
• The card must be issued in the name of the main driver and match the name on the booking voucher.
• Credit cards belonging to additional drivers, third parties, relatives, or anyone not listed as the main driver are not accepted under any circumstances.
