In case of
an accident or any other incident (fire, theft, loss, etc.), the driver must:
The local
office staff will provide proper instructions depending on the situation, and
these must be followed accordingly.
If
necessary, Roadside Assistance will be called to the scene. The renter must
remain near the vehicle until the issue is resolved. If required, the renter
may also need to visit the local office to complete documentation and, if
applicable, receive a replacement vehicle for the remaining rental period.
If the
incident is caused by a traffic violation by the renter (e.g. running a red
light or STOP sign), the driver will be charged the full cost of the damage,
even if it exceeds the excess amount or if additional insurance has been
purchased.
In all
other cases, the renter may be charged the total cost of the damage, regardless
of the excess amount.
The rental
company reserves the right to take action within 24 hours from the time the
incident is reported.

cannot be controlled by the rental company.
