It is prohibited to:

•  Transfer bulky sporting equipment inside the rented vehicle and also on the roof (such as surfing boards etc.)
•  Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
•  Transport flammable or hazardous goods, or any toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or otherwise harmful substances.
•  Carry anything that could damage the car due to its smell or condition, or result in a loss of time or money for the rental company.
•  Install a roof rack, luggage carrier, or any other accessory unless provided by the rental company.
•  Rent the car to any other person.
•  Transport passengers for a fee, such as a taxi service.
•  Participate in rallies, races, or tests.
•  Conduct driving lessons.
•  Tow another vehicle.
•  Drive on unpaved roads or roads with a surface or condition that could cause damage to the car. (No vehicles are permitted to be driven off road, or on beaches and exposed to salt water.)
•  Violate traffic laws or other regulations.

Driver's Age:

• For the vehicle groups A, B1, C, D1 and DA the minimum driver age required is 23 years old, and the maximum age allowed is 65 years old. Drivers must have held a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
• For vehicle groups DA, D2 E, E1, E2, G and K1 the minimum driver age is 25 years old and the maximum age is 65 years old. A minimum of 1 year of driving experience is also required.

Only for specific vehicle group categories, it is possible for a young driver, between the ages 21 to 23, to proceed with rental, provided that all the requirements are met. In addition, there is a Young Driver Fee that applies, which costs €10.00 per day, with maximum charge of €100.00 per rental. 

The Young Driver Fee is valid only for the following vehicle groups: 

• A, B1, and C drivers aged between 21 and 23 years old may be permitted to rent a vehicle, provided that they hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year and meet all other rental requirements.

The option for the Young Driver Fee is not available for the following vehicle groups:

·          D1 and DA the minimum driver age is 23 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience

• D2, E1, E2, G, and K1 the minimum driver age is 25 years with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.

For all available vehicle groups, it is possible for a driver, who is between the ages 65 to 70 and has a valid Driver’s License, to proceed with a rental. In this case, there is a Senior Driver Fee that applies which costs €10.00 per day, with a maximum of €100.00 per rental. 

*The employee at the desk has the right to refuse to serve a reservation, in case the driver is in no condition to be driving. 

**The above-mentioned restrictions apply to the additional driver(s) as well

Driving License:

All driving licenses that have been issued within the EU will be accepted. 

All National driving licenses written in Roman Alphabet and in a photocard format, and issued by a country that is included to the list of contracting parties of The Convention on Road Traffic (commonly known as the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic), will be accepted

All driving licenses that are issued from a country, that is not included in The Vienna Convention on Road Traffic nor are written in the Roman alphabet, must be accompanied by a valid International Drivers Permit (IDP)

The drivers must have held a valid Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year, prior to the start of the rental. They must also show their Passport/ID on collection, as additional proof of identity.

*All the above apply for all additional drivers as well. 

Additional Driver:

It is possible to include one or more additional driver(s) in a reservation. The cost for the additional driver(s) is not included in the basic rental price and is paid at the local office. The additional driver(s) must present either their Passport/ID in addition to their Driver’s License and must be present in order to sign the rental agreement. 

The cost for the additional driver is €10.00 per day, with maximum charge of €100.00 per rental (price applies per additional driver).

Additional Equipment:

The following additional equipment is available and may be included in the renter’s reservation at an extra cost:

• Baby Seat: Available at a cost of €5.00 per day, with a maximum charge of €50.00 per rental.
• Child Seat: Available at a cost of €5.00 per day, with a maximum charge of €50.00 per rental.
• Booster Seat: Available at a cost of €5.00 per day, with a maximum charge of €50.00 per rental.
• GPS Navigation System: Available at a cost of €10.00 per day, with a maximum charge of €100.00 per rental.
• Snow Chains: Available at a cost of €10.00 per day, with a maximum charge of €100.00 per rental.
• Roof Racks: Not available 

Pick-up time:

The reserved rented vehicle will be available for up to two (2) hours after the agreed collection time. In case of delay, then you must contact the Rental Company or the local office and proceed with the necessary arrangements. If you fail to do so and the two (2) hours have passed, then the Rental Company has the right to consider the reserved vehicle as available and provide it to another Client without further notice or refund. 

Drop-off time:

Upon arrival a specific drop-off time is confirmed. There is a 60-minute grace period, in case there is a delay, due to traffic etc. After this time frame passes and the vehicle is not returned to the agreed station/location, a fee will apply, which will be equal to the cost of one day’s rental, in accordance with the rates on that specific day without any further notice.

Mileage:

All rentals include unlimited mileage.

Extension of Rental Period:

It is possible to extend the agreed rental period, provided that the request has been approved by the local office, as it depends on the fleet availability on that day. The extension cost is determined by the current daily rental rate, which could differ from the original reservation cost. In order for the extension to be valid, the renter will have to pay the additional cost, either by coming to the local office or via e-payment. If the cost for the extension is not paid within the set time frame, then the request will be considered invalid and the renter will have to return the vehicle on the date and time that is stated on the rental agreement.  

Fuel Policy:

The vehicle's fuel tank will be provided with a certain amount of fuel during the pick-up and is required that the vehicle is returned with the same amount of fuel. (Same to Same)

In case the car is returned with less amount of fuel, then the difference will be charged in accordance with the fuel rate on that day. 

The Company will not proceed with any kind of refund, in case the vehicle is returned with more fuel, than was originally received with

Valeting Fee – Cleaning Charge:

The renter is required to return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received. A cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle requires washing to facilitate inspection.

If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g. mud, sand, stains, pet hair, food or liquid spills), a cleaning fee up to €150.00 depending on the condition of the vehicle will apply.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. If smoking is detected, a penalty fee of 100€ will apply.

Business hours / Out-of-hour service: 

The business hours of our office are formed as per below: 

·         Monday to Friday: 09:00hrs - 20:00hrs.

·         Saturday to Sunday: 09:00hrs – 15:00hrs

It is possible to serve a reservation after hours, only per request, and provided that the local office has approved the said request. 

·         Monday to Friday: 20:01hrs - 08:59hrs.

·         Saturday to Sunday: 15:01hrs – 08:59hrs

There is an additional fee of € 25,00 that applies for the out of hours service. 

State | Border & Territorial Restrictions:

Authorized Countries Only: Customers may cross borders only into pre-approved, authorized countries. This service is available upon request and requires prior approval.

Advance Notification: Any intention to travel outside the country must be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking or no later than 5 days prior to the rental start date.

Written Permission: Written authorization issued by the EXER branch is mandatory for any cross-border travel.

Deposit Requirements:

For cross-border rentals, the required deposit will be doubled.

For customers with SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) insurance, the deposit amount will range between €500 and €1,000.

Assistance Limitations: Roadside assistance services are not available for cross-border travel.

Non-Authorized Travel: Crossing into a non-authorized country will result in a fine and the invalidation of all insurance coverage.

Prior Agreement: To cross borders, customers must reach a prior agreement with the rental station and provide detailed information about their travel plans.

Permitted Countries: It is permitted to visit specific authorized countries, subject to an additional cost. This fee is payable at the rental station, where all relevant documents will be provided:
